No, you do not need to create an account to shop with TajStylo. You are welcome to check out as a guest at any time. However, creating a free account comes with a number of benefits that make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable:

βΒ Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it via email or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
βΒ Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order number, itemised product details, shipping address, and estimated delivery timeframe. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not there, contact our support team and we will resend it.
βΒ Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay to TajStylo. However, please be aware that customers outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before placing an international order.

If your payment is declined, please try the following steps:

β’ Ensure your card has sufficient funds or has not reached its credit limit.
β’ Check with your bank or card provider, as some institutions flag international online transactions for security purposes.

βΒ Where do my orders ship from?
TajStylo partners with a network of trusted factories and fulfilment centres located in various regions to bring you the most diverse and high-quality selection of women's fashion. As a result, if you order multiple items in a single order, it is possible that they may be dispatched from different locations and arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times.
βΉΒ If you receive a partial delivery, please do not be concerned β your remaining items are on their way. You can track each parcel separately using the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation email.
βΒ How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched (typically within 24β48 hours), estimated delivery times are as follows:

β’ Free shipping: Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 AUD β automatically applied at checkout, no coupon required.

βΒ How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order by:
β’ Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
β’ Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number manually.
β’ Logging into your TajStylo account and viewing your order history.
βΉΒ Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest tracking information.
βΒ My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please:
β’ Check around your property β parcels are sometimes left at a side door, with a neighbour, or in a secure location.
β’ Check with other members of your household in case someone else accepted the delivery.
β’ Contact your local post office or delivery depot, as parcels are sometimes held there after a failed delivery attempt.
β’ Contact our support team if the issue is not resolved within 2 business days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
πΒ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
βΒ What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. βΒ How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
βΒ When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2β5 business days. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
βΒ Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes, we accommodate exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item following our standard return process, and then place a new order for the desired size or colour. This approach ensures the fastest turnaround and product availability. If you need assistance selecting the right size, our team is happy to help.

βΒ How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the size guide before placing your order, as sizing can vary between styles and manufacturers. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our customer support team is also happy to provide personalised sizing advice β just send us a message via email or WhatsApp.
βΒ Are your product photos accurate?
We make every effort to ensure that product photos accurately represent the items in our store. However, please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings, screen brightness, and colour calibration. If you have questions about the exact shade or appearance of a specific item, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to assist.
βΒ Do you restock sold-out items?
We regularly update and restock our collections. If an item you love is currently sold out, we recommend:
