Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your order total and the items in your cart:

• Free Shipping — on all orders $50 USD and up (7–15 business days)
• Standard Shipping — $4.99 USD on orders under $50 (7–15 business days)
• Express Shipping — $20 USD per item (4–8 business days), available for items weighing under 500 grams each. The rate multiplies with quantity — for example, 2 eligible items is $40 USD.

Why isn’t Express Shipping showing at checkout?

Express Shipping is only available for items weighing under 500 grams each. If your cart contains an item 500 grams or heavier, Express Shipping won’t be offered for that order — Standard or Free Shipping (over $50) will still apply. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days (Standard/Free) or 4–8 business days (Express, where eligible). Delivery times vary by destination — see our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. If you’re in Australia, Canada, the Eurozone, New Zealand or the UK, prices are shown and charged in your local currency; everyone else sees US Dollars.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of your order being dispatched.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly, depending on your country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our product or shipping prices. Check with your local customs authority if you’re unsure what applies.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.) — in which case we cover it.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We currently process exchanges as a two-step process: return your original item, then place a new order for the size or item you want. This is the fastest way to guarantee availability.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. The exact options shown at checkout can depend on your location and currency.

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are set in US Dollars (USD). If you’re shopping from Australia, Canada, the Eurozone, New Zealand or the UK, you’ll see and pay in your local currency (A$, C$, €, NZ$ or £) — the symbol next to the price is the currency you’ll be charged in. All other customers see and pay in USD.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Products & Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Check the size guide on each product page — measurements are listed for the specific item. Since fits can vary by style, we recommend checking the guide for each product rather than assuming based on your usual size.

Are the colours shown accurate?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but they may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Do you restock sold-out items?

It depends on the item — we’re always adding new arrivals, so check back or follow us for updates on restocks.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.

How do I contact support?

Email us at support@tajstylo.com and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days. You can also reach us via our Contact Us page.

I need to cancel or change my order — what do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can accommodate cancellations or changes within 12 hours of ordering, before your order is processed. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.
